SPEAK

Motivational Keynote Speaker Jack O’Neil gets vulnerable with his audience through a heartfelt connection that can only be created through overcoming life’s adversities individually and as part of a team.

Inspirational? Of course, but filled with PRACTICAL actions, Jack’s speeches inspire audiences to find success in their corporate, non-profit, or athletic careers.

A transformative speaker, a wonderful individual, and a true leader born through adversity. Sitting in on his ‘Lift as You Climb’ speech, I felt inspired and grateful for the true openness to share such experiences. Within the business realm, many employers use AI as a means to filter through people in job searches. Jack challenged this and asked employers to look for the intangibles like adaptable learners, those who navigate the impossible, and dreamers, things that go unlisted on paper. He inspired the wisdom and confidence to pull oneself from hard situations to dream-like results, which moved individuals in all spheres. I could not recommend a better voice and story to be told with such wisdom.

ADVOCATE & LEAD

Making history as one of the first disabled athletes to compete at the NCAA Division I level, Jack now uses his techniques and experiences to advocate, lead, and motivate others through their individual and group challenges.

Facing rejection from coaches and race directors since childhood, Jack developed a unique and effective style of advocacy and perseverance that he now shares with audiences around the world.

Jack’s words carry weight. It doesn’t matter if he’s talking to a group of 3rd graders, fellow athletes, or a group of business professionals, Jack will have the audience captivated in no time. He has entertaining stories about his life, wisdom he’s gained from challenges that he’s overcome, and insight well beyond his years. It was an honor for me to be his swim coach at the University of Wyoming for the last four years. Without question, he made me a better coach and our swim team a better program.
